Ramadan: didn't you notice....?

The three main monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) are based on what Christians call the Old Testament. God, whatever you call him, created the world in 6 days and on the 7th day he rested. Of course, if you have a Jewish father, a Muslim mother and a Christian spouse, then you might be able to claim that, for religious reasons, you can only work a 4 day week. Friday for Islam, Saturday for Judaism and Sunday for Christianity. It won't work if you are Turkish, because Ataturk was a secular leader and declared Sunday as the day of rest, in spite of the fact that an estimated 80% of Turks are Muslim.
