I made Greek yogurt, but there is no whey?
I looked up a recipe for Greek Yogurt last night and made some with nonfat milk. This was about 9 or 10 hours ago. I woke up to discover no whey, but the texture of the stuff in my oven is thick and yogurty... Is it alright? How come no whey?
