I don't know who sings it but I do know that T-Pain is singing the chorus (and possibly the whole thing I've never heard the whole song) but in the chorus it sounds like they're singing "Party of four" or possibly "Part of a core" or something like that. It also has a beat and tone similar to "Best Love Song" by T-Pain.
