Why is it my chicken have a rubbery texture?
I'm thawing the chicken out and cooking them on a hot plate until cooked all the way through. They seem to have a rubbery texture to them? I'm only adding salt, pepper, lemon juice and Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.
