Whats wrong with my dog?

She has had 3 of her shots and next week she gets her fourth. She has been throwing up and has diarrhea the texture of the diarrhea is kind of like slobber and poop mixed its real watery. She will not eat anything but she does drink a lot of water but throws it up. I don't want her to die, can anybody help PLEASE
