I accidentally swallowed a sharp chicken bone about 4 hrs. ago.?

i vomited a few minutes later but the bone didn't come out. there was a Little bit of blood in the vomit. the vomit was not normal. (it tasted like death, & resembled diarrhea in look, smell, and texture) I'm having a lot of discomfort in my throat that continues down to the upper part of my abdominal area. what should I do? Are these normal symptoms for this situation? i hate waiting in the hospital, and don't want to go unless it's absolutely necessary.
