Is the Islamic name Kaaba offensive to anyone? please look at this?

That depends on your audience. If the book isn't Islamic then chances are theres haram content in there somewhere, which alot of Muslims wouldn't want to read, because even though it isn't directly offensive, it just feels kind of uncomfortable reading a book where aspects of your religion are added simply for the entertainment of the readers. If there's alot about Islam and Islamic people in there, then naming a dog after the Kaba shouldn't be a problem, but just be mindful of more direct details like people and personalities and try not to add negative (possibly offensive) connotations if they didn't exist already within the real world :)
