What shampoo should i use for my frizz?

Hi, I have really dry and frizzy hair. My hair is curly, more like loose curls, and I really want to have a kind of st. vincent ( the artist) texture to my hair because it looks like a puff ball when it's dry. Does anyone have any suggestions of some shampoos, conditioners or other products i could use please!! thank you.
